At Sidekick Health, our mission with zanadio is to empower people living with obesity through a digital, evidence-based therapy program that supports sustainable weight loss and long-term behavior change.

As a Movement Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe use of the program from a musculoskeletal perspective while guiding and supporting patients in adopting healthier movement habits. You will work closely with our Patient Support team, particularly with our advisors specializing in Psychology and Medicine, to deliver a truly multidisciplinary approach to digital therapy.

This position is offered as a part-time mini-job equivalent and is initially fixed-term for one year. Subject to performance and business needs, there may be an opportunity to extend the contract.

Your responsibilities

  • Guiding and supporting patients in changing their movement and physical activity habits
  • Providing guidance on exercise planning and recovery strategies
  • Raising awareness of health-related issues and promoting physical activity
  • Answering questions and addressing concerns related to movement and physical activity
  • Working with patients to develop strategies to increase activity levels and set individual movement goals
  • Supporting patients in achieving their individual goals
  • Ensuring the safe use of the program from a health perspective
  • Creating and delivering webinars
  • Developing new digital offerings for patients
  • Collaborating and exchanging knowledge within the multidisciplinary team

Your profile

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science or a related field, or completed vocational/dual-study training in Physiotherapy
  • Experience working with and treating patients
  • Ideally, experience working with patients living with obesity
  • Enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team across Medicine, Psychology and Nutrition
  • Willingness to participate in supervision and peer consultation
  • Ability to work based on current scientific evidence and best practices
  • Interest in Digital Health and ideally initial experience in telemedical patient care, as well as a good understanding of digital applications
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of motivation
  • Independent, structured and highly reliable way of working
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Good written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
